Terms of service (draft)

These draft terms apply to the Broadway Property Management software operated by Broadway Creation Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda (“Broadway”, “we”). By creating an account or using broadwaycreation.rw you agree to this draft until a counsel-reviewed version replaces it.

Broadway is software for record-keeping and workflow: properties (including UPI fields), units, tenants, leases, invoices in RWF, payment-proof review, reminders, and internal tax obligation tracking. We do not act as your lawyer, accountant, bank, or tax agent unless a separate written engagement says so.

Paid plans are billed in Rwandan francs (RWF). You may pay against an invoice by MTN MoMo or bank transfer (manual proof review) or by card when that channel is configured. Access may stay pending until we verify payment. Prices, VAT, and contract terms are confirmed at onboarding.

Tax figures in the product are trackers only. Filing, EBM / e-invoicing, and payment of tax remain your responsibility via RRA. Broadway does not submit returns or issue official fiscal receipts on your behalf.

Reviewing a payment proof or marking an invoice does not guarantee that funds have cleared. You must verify receipts against your bank or MoMo statement. Public invoice links let a recipient view amounts, line items, status, and pay instructions; they cannot change financial status.

You must provide accurate records, keep login credentials confidential, and not misuse the service (including attempting to access other workspaces or upload unlawful content). We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk.

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy (draft). You may request deletion as set out there, subject to law and records needed for active contracts.

The service is provided as-is for a paid or trial workspace. To the extent permitted by Rwandan law, Broadway is not liable for lost rent, tax penalties, or third-party payment failures. Nothing in this draft limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the posted version once it is no longer marked draft / pending legal review.
